When is the last day I can get a full refund?
The last last day to get a full refund for the Fall 2025 term is Friday, 8/29/25, by 2 p.m.
The last last day to get a full refund for the Spring 2026 term is Friday, 1/16/26, by 2 p.m.
When is the Deferred Payment/Store Charge due?
ALL deferred payments/store charges for the Fall 2025 term need to be paid in full on/before September 9th, 2025.
ALL deferred payments/store charges for the Spring 2026 term need to be paid in full on/before January 23rd, 2025.
If you are not able to pay the full amount by the above date, please contact the bookstore to set up a payment plan.
When will Rental Program charges be applied to student accounts?
All rental program charges for the Fall 2025 semester will be applied to student accounts by September 1st! If you would like the charge to be applied to your account before then, please contact the bookstore.
When will the Inclusive Access program charges be applied to student accounts?
If you are in one of the classes that are apart of our Inclusive Access program for the Spring 2026 semester, your student account will be charged after the add/drop date for the semester.
If you are apart of the F.I.R.S.T. Rental Program, you will NOT be charged extra. The cost of the codes are included in the rental program charge.

When are rentals due back?
ALL rentals for the Fall 2025 semester are due back Wednesday, December 17th, 2025, by 5 p.m.!
ALL rentals for the Spring 2026 semester are due back Wednesday, May 6th, 2026, by 5 p.m.!
