SWAU BOOKSTORE ANNOUNCEMENTS
When is the last day I can get a full refund?
WE HAVE EXTENDED THE DATE FOR FULL REFUNDS AS THE BOOKSTORE WILL NOT BE OPEN ON THURSDAY & FRIDAY, 1/9-1/10.
The NEW last day to get a full refund is Sunday, 1/12/25, by 5 p.m.
When is the Deferred Payment/Store Charge due?
ALL deferred payments/store charges need to be paid in full on/before January 17th, 2025.
If you are not able to pay the full amount by the above date, please contact the bookstore to set up a payment plan.
When will Rental Program charges be applied to student accounts?
If you have not been charged yet, we will go through and charge everybody starting Friday, January 10th, 2025 and finish on Sunday, January 12th, 2025!
When will the Inclusive Access program charges be applied to student accounts?
If you are in one of the classes that are apart of our Inclusive Access program for the Spring 2025 semester, your student account will be charged after the add/drop date for the semester.
If you are apart of the F.I.R.S.T. Rental Program, you will NOT be charged extra. The cost of the codes are included in the rental program charge.

When are rentals due back?
ALL rentals for the Spring 2025 semester are due back Wednesday, April 30th, 2025, by 2 p.m.!
